Prices listed are ESTIMATES and may change based on complexity, additional props, rush delivery, usage rights, etc.

For commissions $50 or more, 50% upfront is required, and the rest is paid after you approve the rough sketch. Otherwise, full payment upfront.

Commercial use prices are 2x-3x the original price. Contact for more info.

Full refunds available if I haven't started the commission or if I'm unable to continue indefinitely.

No refunds if the final product does not meet client expectations. There are opportunities to ask for adjustments.

If I can't reach the client through their preferred method of communication, I will use email instead.

I have the right to reject a commission request or client without explanation.

If the invoice remains unpaid for 48 hours, I will cancel the commission without warning.

If client does not provide feedback when asked, I will use creative liberty to continue your commission. Major adjustments cannot be requested afterwards.

The client has three small revision sessions after receiving the finalized piece. Contact me within 24 hours upon receiving the original version for small revisions like color changes or removing minor items that don't affect the pose.

The purchased item is digital-only and will be received through email or your preferred communication method. No physical items will be sent.

ToS/SP + COMMISSION FORM - Read my ToS and commission me via VGen.

DISCUSSION + PAYMENT - I will contact you through your preferred method of communication/email. Once details about the commission are discussed, I let you know if I have accepted or denied your commission. I will send the invoice to your email and expect payment within 48 hours.

DRAWING PROCESS - You can keep track of your commission slots and possible delays on my Trello. Furthermore, if I am uncertain about some details about your commission, I may contact you. I may also send you wips, and you may request major changes. Depending on the project, a watermarked thumbnail and/or a rough sketch will be provided to you for your approval before I continue the commission.

FINAL PIECE - After finishing the piece, you are allowed three small revisions sessions, in which case, please contact within 24 hours upon receiving the original finalized version.

Personal art may not be used for any monetary gain or self-promotion. Any commission used by the client to generate revenue or self-promote which includes, but is not limited to, promotional artwork, merchandise, prints, streaming assets, and VTubers/PNGTubers falls under commercial use. Emotes and icons are situational dependent. Commercial use license may be purchased for an extra fee.

Reselling, minting, machine-training, redistribution, editing, tracing and claiming the artwork as your own is prohibited.

DO NOT edit out my watermark. I am willing to discuss the location of my watermark if requested.

Client may upload my art with credits to my Twitter (@avianity_png) or Instagram (@avianity). “Credit to the artist” is not proper crediting etiquette.

Client may only crop the unedited artwork if it is being used as a banner or icon, but proper credit to my Twitter/Instagram must be included in the bio.

Unless the client states otherwise, I reserve the right to post the finished commission on my website and social media for display/promotional purposes. However, I cannot turn the commission into a profitable item.
